These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Mazal Tech LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as Mazal Funding, with principal operations in Los Angeles, California. By accessing https://www.mazalfunding.com or submitting a pre-qualification request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Description

Mazal Tech provides educational content, pre-qualification tools, and facilitation of merchant cash advance and related commercial financing products through third-party funders. We are not a bank and do not make loans. Any funding offer is subject to separate agreements with the funder, including confession of judgment, ACH authorization, UCC filings, or personal guarantees where applicable.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, authorized to bind the business you represent, and that information you provide is accurate. Pre-qualification results are estimates only and do not guarantee approval, amount, or pricing.

4. MCA Product Disclosures

• Merchant cash advances are purchases of future receivables, not traditional loans.
• Repayment may be daily or weekly via card split or ACH debits, which can affect cash flow.
• Factor rates and fees can result in high effective costs compared to bank financing.
• Stacking multiple advances may increase default risk; disclose existing obligations honestly.

5. Communications Consent (TCPA)

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree that Mazal Tech and its partners may contact you via autodialed calls, prerecorded messages, and SMS about your inquiry and financing options. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

6. Electronic Records (E-SIGN)

You consent to receive disclosures, notices, and agreements electronically. You must have a compatible device, email, and ability to print or save documents.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the site, submit false information, scrape data, interfere with security, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on this site are owned by Mazal Tech or licensors. You receive a limited license to use the site for its intended purpose.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FUNDING DECISIONS ARE MADE BY THIRD-PARTY FUNDERS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAZAL TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Dispute Resolution

Except where prohibited, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in Los Angeles, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive class actions. Small claims court remains available where permitted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies.
